Thank-you all for your responses. I could not find a way to right-click & export users. However, I could achieve the same thing by using Tools -> Development tools -> Backup configuration.

Right clicking on a user in the list of users shown in the main content area of AdminCentral gets me a context menu with Edit User..., New User, Delete User, as well as Activate and De-activate User. But I don't see an menu item for exporting the user. Maybe I have something configured wrong?
