I get strange errors when I try to activate a page (directly, not with
the workflow):

this only happens when I create an editor with restructed rights on the
website repository. The user does not have access to all pages, only to
/site1
I noticed that it works fine when I set read/write access on selected
and subpages on "/" however I do not want to allow him access to all
pages.
I tried the following with no success:
Read/write on "/$"
Does anyone have an idea what the needed rights for activation are?
The user does not activate his stuff via a workflow, but by clicking a
custom button in the mainbar, that triggers the activation directly. It
works fine for the superuser.
It's Magnolia 3 rc2 that I am using
