Hi Thomas,
before I tell you how to call JSP directly , its important that you
know the implications.
1. If you call JSP directly you are opening a whole in security,
since its not mapped to an URI
2. You have to make sure that you set contexts properly otherwise you
might have strange behavior on further requests from the same client
or session.

its a parameter in filter config, under config/server/filters
each filter can have config/bypass .. check cms filter for an example
