Hi Ryan,

Try setting up individual editor roles for the sites:

http://www.magnolia.info/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=SetupEditorRoleForASite

(If there's only one person managing all of the sites, you can skip this
step, but understanding how it works is still valuable.)

Once you've done that, you can make a new instance of a site just by
choosing the site's root node and making a copy of it.

Once you've done that, you'll want to configure Apache in front of your
Public instance so that the URLs will go to the appropriate place in the
site hierarchy. This is covered here:
