The one you got came from jackrabbit's svn trunk -- think version
1.2-SNAPSHOT. You might be better taking it from the tagged 1.1 svn and
then downloading the 1.1 versions of your jackrabbit jars.
The 1.1 tagged version of bdb-persistence:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jackrabbit/tags/1.1/contrib/bdb-persistence/
The download site for jackrabbit 1.1 release builds:
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/downloads.cgi
The part that really matters at all here is you should keep 1.1 code
with 1.1 code and 1.0 code with 1.0 code and stay with stable releases.

I want to try bdb in Magnolia v3. The wiki tells me to download
jackrabbit-bdb from <http://www.day.com/maven/berkeleydb/jars/> but
this URL tells me I am not authorised. So I went and got it from
<http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jackrabbit/trunk/contrib/bdb-persistence/>
instead, and have hacked and built that following the instructions in
the wiki with no problem.
Can someone please confirm whether the version I have used is the same
as the one at the URL specified in the wiki or not (and if not, whether
it matters)?
Thanks
Paul
