Hey Chris,

I had a similar issue, but the browsers were reversed. IE could render
the CSS just fine, but Firefox left me with a completely un-styled site.
In my case, it was the character encoding that was causing the problem.

Check the file properties for your CSS and ensure that it is set to
UTF-8.

Hope this helps!

Subject: [magnolia-user] Internet Explorer can't fetch styles

Hi,

Well I've got a bit of a strange problem. I have a site which looks
absolutely fine in Firefox, but unfortunately when you view it in
Internet Explorer it cannot manage to fetch the stylesheets stored in
/docroot/siteDesigner/css. I have backups of the site so I can trace the
day that the crucial 'change' was made, however this was a week ago, and
I can't remember what I did on that day. (I don't really want to just
revert completely to the backup since that would mean losing a weeks
worth of work).

Has anybody come across anything like this before, or have any
suggestions about where I should start looking (the css @import
statements have not changed, and neither have the css files themselves).

All help greatly appreciated!

Chris
