Attention migration using EE edition is a two step thing (read the
text file).
1. Activate
2. Migrate the activated content by calling the url as written in the
text file.

indeed I used migration tool which comes with magnolia enterprise
edition "magnolia-migrator-1.0-rc1" and I could to activate my
website node from magnolia 2.1.5 to magnolia 3 and not by import &
export the nodes but the problem is still found .
if you have migration script it will help me very much.
