As quick rules of thumb to get better/faster help:
- please state precisely what version(s) of Magnolia, tomcat, java,
whatever you use.
- if you don't want to paste a full stacktrace in your mail (which is
indeed a very good idea), please make sure you don't ommit any
potentially interesting element of it; you can use services like
http://rafb.net/paste/ to keep your mails clean.
In this case, it might also be interesting to know about the xml
libraries that are hanging around your classpath, and if both your
instances have exactly the same setup wrt xml libs, java, tomcat,
os, ...
