Hi list,
As you might have seen, we've been busy working on an excel module
for Magnolia. It allows you to render excel sheets inside your pages.
The current version as a single paragraph, whose dialog allows you to
upload a file, check a few options and render it inline. We'll soon
add another paragraph/dialog that does the same thing but based on
document that already exists in dms.
It *should* work with 3.0.x, but there seems to be an issue with the
bootstrap files at the moment. Feel free to try it out and report,
though !
Drop the module's jar [1] and its jexcelapi dependency [2] into your
instance's WEB-INF/lib, add the excel-upload paragraph to your
template's newBar and you should be all set!
As usual, we'll be glad to get some feedback, ideas, suggestions,
patches, questions or remarks about this. (Just reply to this mail or
check Jira [2])
