could be done than if it was possible.
Regarding Spring Modules, is it really doable from application to
application to use this strategy (of fetching information from the
repository via Spring Modules and creating logic to push it to the web
tier)? I don't know, but it seems like a lot of work. I'm not lazy, but
I don't want to reinvent the wheel over and over again.

As you can see this is a site developed with Magnolia, but catalog is
dynamic so this site answer "yes" to integration.
Perhaps I should use the JCR API, but I'm having a hard time realizing
this.
Why not springmodules 8 with JCR support ?
