Well, nobody forces you to use any WYSIWYG editors, you can configure
Magnolia dialogs to your hearts content and just use text fields for
data entry if you wish (or check boxes, for that matter ;-)). I have
heard of people that completely replaced adminCentral with a flash
interface, so its doable.
I would say you need to specify what sections you wish to be 508
compliant. If it is just the editing o content blocks (paragraphs)
you could provide alternative entry options easily.
