Dont' know exactly what caused it... but putting a virgin tomcat
5.5.25 on the server and putting my webapp back in there fixed the
problem of it exiting. I then noticed I had my module's XML set up
incorrectly and in the 3.0.3 format - not the 3.5 format - once I
fixed the module's xml file my module loaded...

Can be ignored.
The other log file you need to look at is catalina.2007-12-10.log
or whatever date that was when it crashed. This is where tomcat
logs its own stuff.
