What I'm wanting is to have the message for the menu text taken out
of the properties file so I can have all of my messages in one file
for things like dialog field names and descriptions... etc.
Your dialogs, templates, paragraph descriptions need the i18nBasename
property to be set to point to your file. This is how their names &
descriptions will be "translated" at display time. Note that if you
don't need translations at all, you might as well skip all that and
enter plain english text in your dialogs, templates, paragraphs'
names and descriptions properties.
