Hey, I got lucky this time: I found the aswer myself. Or at least I
_think_ I foiund it: Simply make sure you add the
<cms:links adminOnly="true" />
tag before you load the prototype.js script. At least this seems to
work for me now.

We've created a Lightbox styled (http://www.huddletogether.com/

the quite commonly used Prototype JavaScript framework (http://
www.prototypejs.org/). Unfortunately these two frameworks conflict
on IE, which means things don't work on the author instance when
the magnolia "javascript.js" file is being loaded.
Does someone have a solution for this? Are there any JavaScript
cracks on the list that are able to find out where exactly the two
frameworks conflict?
