I got it working on WAS 6.1.0.13. When I defined the JAAS login modules I had to check the 'Use login module proxy' check box. I checked it for both 'magnolia' JAAS modules and the 'jackrabbit' login module.

I had it working previously but I think it was before I put the latest fix pack on there to bring it to 6.1.0.13 (I was on 6.1.0.11 I think). I also have the web services feature pack installed now, which I didn't before. Does anyone know of problems with the latest version of WebSphere and/or the web services feature pack? What happens when I use the superuser/superuser user/pass is it just sends me back to the login screen. If I use an obviously bad account I get 'This account does not exist. Please try again or contact an administrator if you feel this is wrong.'. Nothing is logged in the log files (which stinks!). Any more information you need?
