You could probably use a RegexpVirtualURIMapping to fix this.

Previously on Magnolia 3.0.2, our client was able to create links
to pages on the site like:
http://www.foobar.com/baz
http://www.foobar.com/baz/
http://www.foobar.com/baz.html
And they would all go to the same page on the site. However, they
have noticed that the "trailing slash" URL of http://www.foobar.com/
baz/ has started producing 404 errors on the site after our upgrade
to 3.5.4. This is bothersome to them because they have users who
are linking to the http://www.foobar.com/baz/ version of the pages
contacting them because they are broken. Also, Google has gotten
that version of the link into its search results as well.
Is there some setting I can make in Magnolia to get requests to the
trailing slash URL to display the same page as requests to /baz or /
baz.html again? If not, I guess some Apache rewrites are in
order. :-)
Thanks,
Miranda
