[magnolia-user] excluding content nodes and node data from being indexed for search

Hi there,

I would like to exclude certain node data from being indexed and/or 
hidden from searches. Is this possible and if yes, how would one do this?
I also have a couple of content nodes that I would like not to be 
included in the search (content node with all its node data).
