Yes, you need to provide the context-path as well.
So when you import a CSS file the path should look something like:
${contextPath}/docroot/yourModule/css/main.css

Make also sure you placed it in a folder which gets bypassed by magnolia such
as the docroot folder standardly does (the above example is a good one).
