We have a group of users ("editors") that are not able to pull pages
off the public site, only make changes on the author site. We have
another group of users ("publishers") that cannot make changes, only
activate and deactivate content.
Is there a way to disable the appropriate buttons and menu selections
on adminCentral ("de-activate" for editors, "activate" for publishers)?
