My bad, I shouldn't have assumed you know how. Go to AdminCentral
Configuration menu and go to /modules/adminInterface/trees/website-jcr
and change value of "repository" to "mgnlSystem".
Now your JCR Browser points to mgnlSystem instead of to your website.
(To change it back just change value of "repository" property back to
"website")
