Was there a stacktrace in the log files or some more info? It would be also nice if you can provide info on the environment - what server OS, JDK version and app server are you using. What kind of configuration changes have you made to the default installation? Maybe attach the screenshot of current setting of the subscribers (expand /server/subsricbers and all its children and make the screenshot). Please create an issue in jira and provide all the information. If this error is consistent and happens only on one piece of content it might be also helpful if you export this content and attach it to the issue. Cheers, Jan
