Please clarify if you, can't install, or if you can't activate.
Win 7, Win 8, Linux, 32bit/64bit etc... Details always help.
If install is the problem, be sure your firewall is not blocking it.
Likely need to install with administrator privileges.
If you can't activate, be sure you enter your name in the name field, or
it will not activate the button to set the new key from demo mode.
