Strange. This option doesn't seem to be available. I'm seeing the following in
my .config file:

*** BEGIN .config EXCERPT ***
#
# CONFIG_INPUT_KEYBOARD is not set
# CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSE is not set
# CONFIG_INPUT_JOYSTICK is not set
# CONFIG_INPUT_TOUCHSCREEN is not set
# CONFIG_INPUT_MISC is not set

#
# Hardware I/O ports
#
# CONFIG_SERIO is not set
# CONFIG_GAMEPORT is not set

#
# Graphics support
*** END .config EXCERPT ***

Did I miss a patch or something?

Tony

I remembered what this was about. Disable CONFIG_I8042, under -
        UML-specific options
        Input device support
        Hardware I/O ports
        i8042 PC Keyboard controller

This is a UML bug which I haven't tracked down yet.
