Use a more current logging style. Convert the remaining printks without a KERN_<PREFIX> to pr_<level> where appropriate.
There a few additional printks without a level that are emitted at KERN_DEFAULT for stack dumps and such. Add printf format/argument verification to the static inline just in case.
