No, the skas-update-2.6.10 patch is added after the
host-skas-2.6.9-v7.patch to allow the host kernel to compile under
2.6.10.  There is one reject when applying the 2.6.9 skas patch to
2.6.10, but other than that, it's fairly straightforward.  I've done a
native host-skas3-2.6.10-v7 patch which you can download at
http://uml.tuxrocks.com/Patches/host-skas3-2.6.10-v7.patch
