Yes, on 2.6.10 this was reported by Chris Aker (look for "/proc/stat missing 
information" or something like that), but I then posted a link to an already 
discussed patch which fixed it. I'd like to know any info on this road (it's 
possible that these two bugs are just similar, but entirely different, but 
I'd like some reports).

Also I'm currently in short of time, so I cannot investigate this well...
