there are a howto about how to run X server on a guest machine ?

You might try running Xnest. There is a good example of this setup in the Adios distribution. http://dc.qut.edu.au/adios/

Download latest at http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/adios/iso/adios4/

I recently used Adios in my presentation about UML at LinuxFest Northwest. I would have found that all the tricks of setting up a UML instance on my laptop rather tedious--Xnest, hostfs, scripts for running multiple cow overlays--but Adios had it all preconfigured for me. I just clicked on the UML button on the default login--four times--and up came four UML instances. Felt like I was cheating :-)

Quite a sharp live cd distro, I quite like it! Great demo of UML 2.6.9 running on FC3.
