Normally not.

The culprit patch is uml-fix-x86-64-page-leak, which was also merged in 
-stable series (not everybody uses -bs, so I try to -stable the most critical 
fixes).

Just take it from the broken-out folder on the archives, unapply it (patch -p1 
-R < ...) and apply the patchset.

Anyway, -bs4 will be based on 2.6.13.3, exactly for this reason.
