This is normally a devfs vs non-devfs conflict - i.e. the filesystem
assumes
devfs and the kernel doesn't have it.
At this point, the best bet is to turn the devfs names in /etc/fstab,
/etc/inittab, and /etc/securetty into their non-devfs equivalents.
