Here's what should work for you:
2.6.18 plus
http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net/work/current/2.6/2.6.18/patches/mainline-jmpbuf-akpm
2.6.18-mm1
2.6.18-git6
(not yet released) 2.6.19-rc1
All with defconfig (which implies CONFIG_MODE_TT disabled).
The jmpbuf patch is in -mm (and has been for a while). Andrew sent it
to Linus yesterday, and it is now in git, and will be in rc1 when it
is released.
