I made a test, setting HOST_* to 1G/3G and VM_SPLIT of xenU to 3G/1G.
Unfortunatelly it doesn't boot : I don't have the
"mapping mmap stub failed, errno = 12" message,
only the
"Kernel panic - not syncing: start_userspace : expected SIGSTOP, got
status = 2943"
but with a different status.
