Unfortunatly the inner image that I was working on got killed in the
line of duty. The details are classified. The good news is that I've
got a clean-room version which is displaying more or less the same
anomolies. If you want a copy of these images, + kernels, etc.,
I'm more that happy to upload them to our website. Thought I'd
check with you first though as it's an 800M package and I'm
currently at the end of a very asymmetrical DSL.

As for kernel configuration - I'm now using "make defconfig" and then
just turning off support for loadable modules.
