SKAS0 is in mainline and it's default for UML. (The old tt-mode is gone.) SKAS0 is mostly SKAS3 but completely different implemented. And yeah, it's time to clean up the UML website. I have write-access to http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net/. Maybe we can combine it with http://uml.devloop.org.uk/.
