Hi ~ 要开启大小写不敏感涉及的东西比较多，例如词法解析，catalog 以及部分访问表达式 (a.b.c 或者 a[‘f0’])，社区已经有 issue 跟进了 [1]，预期在 1.12 版本可以解决。
