512MB Conf Examples

Accumulo ships with configuration files for 512MB.  Does that mean a system 
with 512MB of RAM could be made to run Accumulo, including (Hadoop and 
Zookeeper)  or is this example assuming that Accumulo will the entire 512MBs?
