Rather than hard code the extension, you should rely on o.a.a.core.file.RFile.EXTENSION.
Keep in mind that since it isn't in the publicly supported API, RFile related things might change with little to no warning. (It appears to have held stable through 1.5 and 1.6, FWIW.)
