Hey, folks, Are any other Accumulators going to StrataConf next week? I'd love to get together and chat about distributed key/value stores, high-cardinality labelling, multi-dimensional indexes... basically anything that comes to mind :)
By the way, a colleague of mine pointed out this talk on commutative monoids by Avi Bryant: http://www.infoq.com/presentations/abstract-algebra-analytics. He doesn't talk about Accumulo at all, but it's an incredible explanation of how Combiners work and the cool stuff that you can do with them. -Russ
