Anisha,

For your service that you are integrating, both with or without the
master are valid use cases for this service and that the user should
be able to select that option?  Or are there multiple masters that the
user can choose to not deploy because they are not essential (just
augments features)?
Or do you want to deploy a service that does not have any masters but
slaves only?
Just want to understand specific requirements for your service to see
what makes sense.
