Otherwise look in the ambari-agent logs of the node where the NameNode is
disabled (/var/log/ambari-agent)

You might also want to turn on debugging in all these daemons, restart them
and retry to move the NN.
agents: /etc/ambari-agent/conf/ambari-agent.ini, loglevel=DEBUG
server: /etc/ambari-server/conf/log4j.properties,
log4j.rootLogger=DEBUG,file
