Hi Jun, 1.7 did not support moving masters except for NameNode, SNameNode, and ResourceManager, I believe. The ability to move Oozie Server, HiveServer2, Hive Metastore, Hive Metastore DB, WebHCat Server, and App Timeline Server (possibly others) were added for 2.0 (the work has already been done in trunk).
