How to configure the rack topology using Blueprints to create a cluster?

Hi guys,

I read the jira https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-6646(Ability to 
set rack awareness). Is there a way to configure the rack topology using 
Blueprints to create a cluster using REST API?
