On behalf of the Apache Ambari PMC, I'm pleased to announce that&nbsp;Jialiang 
Cai (JiaLiangC) has accepted the PMC's invitation to become a PMC member on 
Apache Ambari.

We appreciate all of the great contributions Jialiang&nbsp;has made to the 
community thus far and we look forward to their continued involvement.
