Hello Ashutosh, there can be several possibilities. Can you run your ant build with the -debug option, this way you get a stack trace. I think that you have maybe : - mistyped the name of your smtp server, - not entered the right port number in case your smtp server does not run on the default smtp port, - specified attachments to be sent with your email with a fileset based in a directory where you do not have read access, ....
