Dewey,
I think you should *not* set ant.library.dir property.
I am using Ant 1.6.5/WinXP and executing following
snippet on my machine
<echoproperties prefix="ant"/>
dumps ant.library.dir (plus some others of course), so
I think it is a built-in one. If for some reason it is
not set on your environment you can replace it with
${ant.home}/lib.
