It's pretty hard to help you without seeing your Ant script. Please re-post with the relevant part of the script and someone here can probably help you.

on windows I execute the following selfdefined target "clean" like:

ant clean

on command line.

Still and executes default target. If I replace the default target to "clean", it works.

What is the problem?
