if your interfaces follow some kind of a naming pattern
("IInterfaceName.java"), you can select them all using a fileset with a
nested include
<copy todir="../backup/dir">
<fileset dir="${src}" casesensitive="yes">
<filename name="**/I*.java"/>
</fileset>
