I'm facing the same problem ,i get the following error
the code:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<project name="Hello" default="print message">
<target name="print message">
<echo message="Hello from Ant!"/>
<javadoc destdir="doctest" sourcefiles ="${src}/HelloWorld.java"/>
</target>
</project>
.....

Impossibile trovare il file specificato
i 'm using eclipse Version: 3.3.1.1, under vista.
