It looks as if the FileChannel implementation in your Java classlib was
using very big buffers internally, so anything we do could only be
working around problems inside the JVM. It wouldn't be the first time.
Could you please open a bugzilla issue for it since - even though it
technically is not a bug of Ant - we should take care of it.
