Please take a look at samples from pax-web projects:
https://github.com/ops4j/org.ops4j.pax.web/tree/master/samples
All the projects there are bundles (war or jar) that can be installed in
Apache Karaf or any OSGi runtime.

Your question is simply too wide (and I can't access the image) to answer
without writing a book ;)
