Example of create Arrow in Go and consuming in Python?

Hi,

I'm looking for an example of Go server creating arrow table and passing to
Python using IPC (over TCP/shared memory).

As fare as I can see in the Go arrow docs, IPC is not supported yet. Is
that true?
